We have daily deliveries to Atlanta and the surrounding area, as well as over the road deliveries into Alabama, Florida, North & South Carolina and Tennessee, weekly. Our goal is to make sure your orders are delivered in a safe and timely manner. We pride ourselves on keeping our trucks well maintained and using the most reliable up to date equipment. One such piece of equipment that enables us to accomplish this is our Mereen Johnson 424 Multiple Rip Optimizing system. This state-of- the-art system has given us the capability to increase yield and add value to the appearance of our products. This machine “reads” each board as it goes across the chain providing a picture on a computer monitor with the exact cuts that will be made as well as the yield percentage; therefore, allowing the operator to accept, modify or reject accordingly. It also takes into consideration defects such as knots, splits, worm holes or any other defect that would detract from its designated use. It can rip one edge, parallel rip and rip multiple widths while getting the best yield possible. The majority of customers we service like the multiple width function that provides specified width material to run profiles without worrying about waste or off fall.
